Lyndsey Jones joined my team as an assistant and head of marketing in July 2021. During her time with me, we underwent significant transformations. Initially, we expanded and rebranded my Chinese Medicine Practice, Indy Healing Center, which later became Melissa Laborsky MD: Wellness Lies Within. This transition involved launching online offerings, hosting weekly Facebook Live conversations, integrating Calendly for discovery calls, and establishing a professional Instagram page. Lyndsey managed content creation and distribution on both Facebook and Instagram, as well as handling regular newsletters and upgrading the website with extensive blogs and online content.
Furthermore, Lyndsey supported the marketing efforts of my foundation, The Conscious Community Collaborative, on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and MailChimp newsletters.
In February 2022, we closed the previous practice and began the transformation into Well of Being: A Soul-O Retreat, which officially launched in August 2022. Lyndsey played a crucial role in creating the new logo and promotional materials for this transition. She also managed the expansion of our online scheduling platform using Calendly and initiated an Instagram page for marketing. The launch of the Well of Being website featured both in-person and remote offerings, along with ongoing marketing through Instagram, Facebook, and MailChimp newsletters.
In January 2023, Lyndsey contributed to the creation, marketing, and management of the "Ignite Your Soul" retreat, which included both in-person and virtual components. She facilitated Zoom calls and set up an online platform for sharing recordings and retreat-related information with password protection.
As of August 2023, I have chosen to step back from active marketing for Well of Being, while Lyndsey is completing upgrades to the Melissa Laborsky MD website.
